1. Overview

• This Affiliate Program allows approved partners to refer new businesses to ZeroTag Pty Ltd
• If a referral results in a paid customer, the affiliate may earn a commission
• Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of these terms

2. Eligibility

• Affiliates must be individuals or businesses able to legally receive payments
• Affiliates must provide accurate contact and payment details
• ZeroTag reserves the right to accept or reject any referral at its discretion

3. What Qualifies as a Valid Referral

• A valid referral is a new business not already in discussion with ZeroTag
• The referral must be submitted via the official referral form
• The referred business must engage directly with ZeroTag
• Self-referrals are not eligible

• Examples of good referrals include,
• event organisers, conferences, councils
• retail stores, showrooms, physical venues
• businesses with repeat in-person customer touchpoints

4. Commission Structure

• Affiliates earn 20% commission on the first paid invoice only
• Commission is calculated on the invoice value agreed between ZeroTag and the customer
• Commission applies once the invoice has been paid in full
• No commission is paid on future invoices, renewals, or repeat orders

5. Commission Payment

• Commission is paid monthly in arrears
• Payments are made via bank transfer or another agreed method
• Affiliates may be required to issue an invoice to receive payment
• Any applicable taxes, including GST, are the responsibility of the affiliate

• ZeroTag may withhold payment if,
• invoice details are missing or incorrect
• the customer invoice is unpaid or reversed

6. Referral Tracking & Transparency

• Referrals are tracked internally by ZeroTag
• Affiliates will receive confirmation and progress updates by email
• No login or dashboard access is currently provided
• ZeroTag’s internal records are the source of truth

7. No Guarantee of Acceptance or Revenue

• Submission of a referral does not guarantee acceptance
• ZeroTag does not guarantee that a referral will result in a sale
• ZeroTag controls pricing, scoping, and contract terms with customers

8. Conduct & Misuse

• Affiliates must not misrepresent ZeroTag or its products
• Affiliates must not engage in spam, unsolicited outreach, or misleading claims
• ZeroTag may terminate participation for misuse or breach of these terms

9. Termination

• Either party may terminate participation at any time
• Termination does not affect commissions already earned on paid invoices
• No commission is payable for deals not yet invoiced or paid at termination

10. Changes to the Program

• ZeroTag may update these terms at any time
• Changes will be published on this page
• Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms

11. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia
